Through this strategic partnership and through a common understanding between us we have been able to launch one of Libya’’ biggest contact centers with a very unique use case. In just two months an operational multi-channel contact center with more than 90+ personnel was able to receive and deal with over 200,000 tickets from various channels, with a daily average of 6000 tickets. the contact center was operating both online and offline dealing with inquiries of multiple sectors, combining over 20+ government delegates and approximately 90 agents.
